PROMO MECHANICS:
WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN?
• Spend a minimum of Php 1,500 in a single receipt from either the strEATs a la carte or buffet and earn one raffle entry.
WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED?
• Employees of promoting agency Araneta Hotels Inc., advertising agency Araneta Hotels Inc., and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
HOW TO JOIN?
• Raffle entries will be collected throughout the campaign period.
• Fill out the raffle form legibly with their complete name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and e-mail address.
Incomplete details shall automatically invalidate the entry.
• Once registered, promo personnel shall encode all qualified purchase receipts in the system.
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

RAFFLE DRAW/DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
• June 16, 2025, 3PM

PROCEDURE IN THE DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
• Winners will be determined by drawing coupons from a raffle box.
• At the end of the promotion, three (3) lucky winners will be drawn:
A. 1 round-trip ticket to Bangkok, Thailand, and a 3-day, 2-night stay at ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong with breakfast, and an Accor Plus Explorer Membership.
B. 1 round-trip ticket to Seoul, South Korea and a 3-day, 2 night stay at ibis Styles Myeongdong, South Korea with breakfast, and an Accor Plus Explorer Membership.
C. 1 round-trip ticket to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and a 3-day, 2 night stay at ibis Styles Vung Tau, Vietnam with breakfast, and an Accor Plus Explorer Membership.
• Prizes can be transferable but not convertible to cash.
NUMBER OF TIMES A PARTICIPANT CAN WIN
• There is no limit to the number of times a participant may join. If the winner was drawn more than once, he/she will receive the higher value.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
• Winners shall be notified via registered mail, phone, and e-mail.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
• The announcement will be made via the official Facebook & Instagram page @ibisStylesManilaAranetaCity.
• The 20% prize tax will be shouldered by Araneta Hotels Inc. but the total fees/costs of registration, insurance and transfer of ownership, including all expenses related/incidental thereto, shall be for the account of the respective raffle winner.
PERIOD OF REDEMPTION/CLAIM PERIOD
• Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.
HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES
• Present the receipt/invoice to the promo personnel at the redemption booth for validation. Redemption can be done in any of the promo booths, regardless of where the purchases were made.
• To claim the prize, winners must present the winner notification letter, e-raffle claim stub, and two valid government-issued IDs at ibis Styles Manila Araneta City from Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5PM
